Most black women will agree that they kept and use most of their make up far too long. The truth is make up does not last forever! And it easily degrades and eventually should not be used anymore to avoid serious skin health problems. And, equally importance: Knowing when to throw away old make up applicators will help to eliminate serious bacteria problems that are caused by using contaminated make up.
